Why are your products limited?
Because you’re not like everyone else — and your clothes shouldn’t be either. Most of our designs are limited to just 50 pieces per drop. Once it’s gone, it’s gone
Do you restock sold-out items?
No — once a drop sells out, it’s gone forever. That’s part of what makes owning a Pravinci piece so special.
How often do you release new drops?
We don’t follow trends — we set our own pace. Expect carefully curated drops a few times a year, announced exclusively to our subscribers first.
How do I know when a drop is live?
Click “Join the Drop” on any product you love. You’ll get early access notifications before the collection goes public.
How do I choose my size?
Use our detailed size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering — remember, we don’t exchange sizes once production begins.
How can I pay?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal — payment options vary by country.
How long does shipping take?
Within India: 5–8 business days once production is complete.
International: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and cannot accept cancellations.
Can I return or exchange?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Since we produce in limited batches, we cannot exchange sizes once production starts.

Yes — our packaging is designed to be minimal, recyclable, and eco-conscious without compromising on the unboxing experience.
