1. Purpose of This Policy

At JP Corporation Ltd. (trading as “Pravinci”), we only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once your data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

2. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for different periods depending on the type of information and the purpose of processing:

Anonymise it so it can no longer identify you; or
Securely destroy any physical records.

4. Your Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal requirements that may require us to keep certain records).
